WORK PROCESS
FROM STONE BLOCK TO PRECISION-FINISHED PRODUCT
In our workshop, natural stone passes through carefully defined processing stages – from material reception and inspection, through cutting, sizing and surface finishing, to final quality control and preparation for delivery.
Modern technology, precision processing and experience enable us to produce elements according to the requirements of each project, while preserving the natural structure and character of Brač stone.
MATERIAL RECEPTION & INSPECTION 01
Blocks and sawn slabs are received in the workshop, where they are inspected and sorted according to quality, dimensions, structure and intended use.
CUTTING & SIZING 02
Slabs are precisely cut according to specified dimensions and technical requirements, depending on the final product and project.
SURFACE FINISHING 03
The stone is treated with the selected finishing technique, depending on the desired appearance and intended use of the product.
SIZING & EDGE PROCESSING 04
Elements are precisely sized, while edges are finished according to customer requirements – straight, bevelled, profiled or according to a specific drawing.
CNC & SPECIAL PROCESSING 05
When required, the stone undergoes additional CNC processing, including drilling, milling and shaping for more complex elements and special projects.
QUALITY CONTROL & FINAL PREPARATION 06
Each finished product undergoes a final inspection of dimensions, workmanship and quality before being carefully prepared for delivery and installation.
