FROM STONE IN THE QUARRY TO A PRODUCT READY FOR FURTHER PROCESSING

Throughout the entire production process, the stone passes through carefully defined stages – from preparation and extraction in the quarry, through cutting and processing, to final finishing and preparation for delivery.
Each step is carried out with particular care to preserve the natural structure and character of the stone and ensure the high quality of the final product.

QUARRY PREPARATION
QUARRY PREPARATION 01
Preparation of the rock mass and selection of the best material for extraction, with careful attention to the stone’s natural structure and quality.
DRILLING & DIAMOND WIRE CUTTING
DRILLING & DIAMOND WIRE CUTTING 02
Using precise diamond wire cutting, the stone mass is separated from the rock while preserving the natural structure of the material.
EXTRACTION & BLOCK REMOVAL
EXTRACTION & BLOCK REMOVAL 03
The separated section of the stone mass is carefully extracted from the deposit and shaped into raw blocks ready for further processing.
LOADING & TRANSPORT
LOADING & TRANSPORT 04
Using heavy machinery, the blocks are carefully loaded and transported from the quarry to the production facility.
BLOCK PREPARATION
BLOCK PREPARATION 05
The raw block is inspected and processed to achieve regular surfaces and dimensions suitable for further processing.
GANG SAWING & SLAB PRODUCTION
GANG SAWING & SLAB PRODUCTION 06
Depending on the customer’s requirements, part of the extracted stone remains in block form, while another part is prepared for gang sawing. The blocks are precisely cut into slabs of the required thickness, for example 2, 3, 4 or 5 cm.
